Maxim Magazine featured the Makita 27 lb. AVT Demolition Hammer (model HM1214C) in their April 2011 issue.

Maxim reported the top features of this hard-hitting demo hammer to their 2.5 million readers, including the HM1214C's potent combination of power (14 AMP motor), less vibration (Makita's exclusive Anti-Vibration Technology reduces vibration), and versatility (27 lb. in-line design for horizontal or vertical applications). 

Not so sure if that's a pro contractor in the photo.  But regardless, one should always wear eye protection when actually using the HM1214C, like it says in the Instruction Manual.
