• Atlanta

• Represent the entire Makita line and focus primarily on the big box home improvement centers.
• Educate vendor staff, store associates, and management by encouraging them to promote our products when communicating with contractors and other customers in the store and out in the field.
• Up sell your vendor base in order to introduce additional Makita products to their inventories.
• Assist vendor rental department technicians with product advice and repair assistance.
• Plan in-store demonstration events to promote Makita products. Interact with potential end users to educate them on the benefits and features of our products.
• Take part in exciting Makita events, including our popular Supercross racing days and MLS Soccer promotions.

• Proven ability to follow strategies to meet company goals.
• Sales experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong self motivator, with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Maintain professional attitude with customers, co workers and management.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to travel with in your territory (no driving restrictions)
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.
• Clean Driving Record
• Applicant must live in or relatively close to assigned territory.
